What About The Future?

Sitting in my living room of our 100+ year old home listening to the rain as it falls, the water pouring off the roof as the sound of a waterfall...beautiful is that sound. Listening to my grandchildren playing in the kitchen with their Christmas gifts...what a blessing it is.

Family is the most important structure God created it is what binds up the working way of the this sometimes not so pleasant world, but again He created it for us to manage and maintain that means to protect the animals that live among us and all the natural resources that is the heart and soul of this world. If we continue to disturb the natural order of the circle of life then what will happen to our future generations when we run out of these precious resources?

It's sad when we place our selfish wants before our children, their children and their children's children not truly realizing the ending consequences or wanting to admit we are wrong in our choices. Our most precious commodity is our children and their future generations, yet we place their needs aside to benefit our pleasures of today.

There are more reasonable ways to get the needed resources without having to disturb Mother Earth, including recycling trash into energy, solar panels, cremating our bodies and planting the ashes with a tree, windmills for electricity, growing our own food and livestock, and learning to conserve more. All in all it would be well worth the effort to give the future generations a much better future.
